Discovery, Strategy, & Success Planning
This is the first step to brand, website and marketing success!
Before designing a website, or any other brand component or marketing campaign, you need a strategy and a plan. That way, everyone involved in the project knows what is being designed, why it is being designed, and what the goals are. Here is how we do it:
- Identity & Mission
It all starts with a chat. At our offices or yours, or even over a Google Meet, we sit down and listen to your story and plan your brand voice, define your customer persona, and chart your desired customer experience.
- Capabilities & Competition
We discuss your business and your competitors (in particular: what makes you special) and review all provided materials or decks. We’ll then do a deep dive into your top three competitors to see how your industry leaders operate.
- Keywords & Content Direction
We discuss which keywords are relevant to your industry and how they will affect your content strategy (requires an SEO plan). For content, we’ll also want to define: Who's going to write it? Will it need optimization?
- Usability & Navigation
Next, we set to work crafting or optimizing your website navigation and sitemap based on proven usability standards and top user experience (UX) practices.
- Goal Setting & Real-Time Results
We then plan your web and marketing goals. These goals will later be implemented in Google Analytics and tracked in our own marketing platform, ImageWorks Insights - your 24/7 window into how all your marketing, advertising, and branding activities are performing.
This all forms part of your business success plan that we build on the items you contracted - from creation of media to implementation of marketing strategies, and how we will measure success. Now, let’s get creative!
